Historic Country Estate

This beautiful old garden has been well-loved over the years but the owners wanted to inject some fresh life into it.The garden itself holds a treasure trove of goodies – a box maze, yew arches, hawthorn pom-pom clipped trees, an ash grove walk, an orchard and a beautiful hornbeam hedge. So many classic features of a traditional stately home, with some Cornish cottage charm thrown in for good measure. It was a pleasure to work in this garden; it had a sense of place and serenity about it. The sounds of birds on the Camel Estuary made it a real haven of peace and a beautiful place to be.
