Sea House, Porth

Sea House is a luxury holiday home available to rent. Designed by The Bazeley Partnership it was winner of the 2010 LABC South West Building Excellence Awards for Best Individual Dwelling. The house is situated looking down over Porth beach near Newquay with fabulous views. The rear garden was overlooked so we erected fencing and painted it grey to give a bit of interest. The bamboos up the steps provide a screen to give privacy to the main reception rooms and the large terrace.
